This organization was founded on 4July2002 to provide a medium by which the veterans and active members of U.S. Special Operations could join together here in Texas. Our intent is to "roundup" all U.S. Special Operations Forces/Army Rangers (past and present) residing in the State of Texas who wish to unite as and/or support a unique organization, resulting in a new paradigm of Elite Brotherhood... "Societas Electa."
